Travel support for international patients

Patients from other countries sometimes need supporting documents from the treating hospital when applying for a medical visa. Agrim Hospital's international patient team can share treatment-related documentation and coordinate your first appointment. Start with the International Patients form or call 63 9090 9900.

1. Send your passport details, a short medical summary and your latest reports through the international patients form.
2. A specialist reviews your case and suggests a treatment plan. You may be asked for more information.
3. You receive an indicative treatment estimate and an appointment plan.
4. Once the doctor and dates are confirmed, we provide the hospital documentation you need for your visa application.
5. On arrival, our team coordinates your registration and first consultation.

• Medical reports, scans and discharge summaries
• A list of current medicines and allergies
• Name and contact of your referring doctor, if any

The visa itself is issued only by the Indian mission or through the official visa process of the Government of India. Agrim Hospital cannot guarantee visa approval.
